Sanctuary Ski Club’s Bike Ride of the Month! Are you ready to pump? Waterfall Glen Forest Preserve Saturday, May 17th

10:00 AM MEET, 10:30 AM WE RIDE!

This is our second bike ride of the season and we're are starting out on a short easy scenic trail. We plan on meeting and parking at the trail head lot, just south of I-55 and Cass Avenue, on the west side Cass Avenue, just north of Northgate Road in Darien (Southeast corner of DuPage County, the trail circles Argonne National Laboratory). See the map below or click here and visit their web-site for more details. At 10:30 AM we will be riding counter-clockwise on the crushed limestone trail. The distance around the trail is 11 miles. After the ride we will seek out a close restaurant for lunch. Here are some things that you might want to bring on the ride:

BICYCLE LOCK • WATER BOTTLE • MONEY • SPARE INNER TUBE • 2-WAY RADIO

HELMET & SEAT BAG or RACK (FOR CARRYING THE ABOVE)
