If you love the aroma of wurst, kraut & beer – good German beer! – aloft on a fall evening, you’ll not want to miss this month’s gathering.  We’re taking the club on the road to the Glendale Heights Oktoberfest; where, I might say, one can get closest to partying in a Munich Beer Hall without benefit of a passport!

Other than that, bring some funds for the brews & bratwurst and you’ll be good to party on as a happy wander all evening long. Parking is free just outside the fest tent.

Get your lederhosen and Bavarian spirit ready; there will be dancing, singing, stein holding contests and, did I mention, Germanic fare a plenty; yes, fare aplenty for one and all!

Once you’re in the tent, look for Amy and Brian; we’ll have donned our Alpen hats, and a Sanctuary flag atop our table.
