Timing is everything….the resorts got 14 inches of snow the day before we arrived in Utah! Despite Covid constraints, the group was able to enjoy a welcome reception, a pizza party, and a group dinner (We even got a chance to celebrate Mary Miceli’s birthday!)
Day 1 at Snow Basin brought more snow and it was challenging to see and ski. On day 2 at Powder Mtn. ,everyone was able to enjoy a bluebird day with plenty of sunshine and great powder skiing. Our third day at Snow Basin brought more snow and the group was able to meet for an après ski drink in the beautiful lodge, replete with imported Italian chandeliers before we headed back on the bus to Ogden.
Many found the town of Ogden to be a pleasant surprise with a main street full of history and of course Bars-A-Plenty!
